Issuance of trouble ticket assumes reporting of authorized personnel and customer accepts responsibility of charges that may arrise from report. Charges may arise from other issues beyond DCS Cloud's control unless said services are provided by DCS Cloud Services, such as network issues, loss of internet services, customer error, phone line outages, etc. A list of client authorized personnel may be submitted to your DCS account representative.
